Welcome to Faces by Ameera. By booking a service, using our website, or engaging with us in any way, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Faces by Ameera provides professional makeup artistry specializing in bridal and event makeup. Services are delivered in person at our studio or through mobile appointments within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

2. Booking & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Remaining balances must be paid in full on or before the day of service.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled appointment may forfeit the deposit.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested in advance.

In the rare event that we must cancel, all deposits will be fully refunded or transferred to a future booking.

4. Travel & On-Location Services

Mobile services are available within the GTA.

A travel fee may apply depending on the location.

Clients are responsible for providing a clean, safe, and suitable environment for services.

5. Client Responsibilities

Please arrive on time or be prepared for services at the agreed-upon location.

Notify us of any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before application.

We are not responsible for adverse reactions if such information is not disclosed.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution, Faces by Ameera is not liable for:

Allergic reactions to products.

Issues arising from conditions not disclosed prior to service.

Events beyond our control, such as delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. Use of Photos

With your consent, we may take photos of completed makeup looks for portfolio and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to have your photos used, please notify us in writing.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, social media, and marketing materials is owned by Faces by Ameera and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
