No Refunds

• All payments, including deposits and final balances, are non-refundable.

• This policy applies to all services, including bridal, event, and mobile bookings.

• Deposits secure your appointment date and time and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Rescheduling

• While payments are non-refundable, clients may request to reschedule appointments, subject to availability.

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled service.

Cancellations

• In the event of a cancellation, all deposits and payments will be forfeited.

• If Faces by Ameera must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may choose to reschedule or receive a credit toward future services.
